It's nice to have a place where my vacation needs are met, all in one place. I'm the only driver in my family, so not having to drive to and from West Edmonton Mall to another hotel added to my personal relaxation. We're a family of three and prefer having our own beds to sprawl out while on vacation. The Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was large enough to fit two full-sized queen beds and a cot, comfortably. The room included a desk with chair, a cabinet/dresser with TV and a small fridge. There was a coffee nook with a Keurig and some coffee and tea selections. A small table and two chairs were arranged by the large window. A large coat closet contained an iron, ironing board, luggage rack and safe. The bathroom included a hair dryer, complementary soaps/lotion, and a bath/shower with a soaker tub basin. These rooms are very quiet. There were rooms with young families and happy, excited children on our floor. We could hear these families as we passed by in the halls, but we didn't hear a peep in our room. The deep soaker tub was a nice treat after a long day of visiting every corner of the mall. We grabbed some bath bombs from Lush so we could have our own little spa baths. The large windows in the room were excellent and let in a lot of light. A view of the roof of the mall may not be for everyone, but it's kind of interesting to look out and see the expanse of it all. On our second night, there was a brief thunderstorm. We had a great view of the lightning from our room. Breakfast at the L2 Grill was satisfying and delicious. The decor and ambiance were a good balance of whimsical and classy. I completely adored all the little knick-knacks and the nerdy woodland animal aesthetic. Our server was very professional and polite. The meals were generous portions with fresh ingredients.

Valet parking attendants. Guys your the best. Reception staff were equally nice and receptive. Housekeeping, goodness you are amazing as well. So friendly. It is a lovely facility, lots of elevators. Slow on Sunday morning. Our room was very clean, but the rug definitely needs to be cleaned or changed. Lots of plug ins in our room. Had coffee pot and fridge but no microwave. Our room was comparable to other hotels but I guess the "double the price" is for location. Theme rooms are not my thing just want a nice clean comfortable room and bed and that's what I got.

Upon checking into our room after shopping, ready to relax with glass of wine. There was a lot of swearing & loud noises coming from our neighbor ( adjoining room door) I called front desk to inform & within 30 minutes we were transferred to another room!!!! I was very impressed with all the staff I had talked to, especially the night manager. Prompt attention to our needs!!! We were so very pleased with our stay!!! Beds were fabulous. Thanks for making our stay , a memorable one!! Will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Staff very helpful from bell hops to reception first class! The hotel is perfectly situated in the WEM, and they offered me a free wheelchair for the day to help my 95 year old mum get around! Lovely breakfast served in L2 restaurant at a cost. Great green apples at the reception, fridge, and coffee maker in room. Stayed for two separate visits . Both outstanding.

Ralph

We had no trouble finding a place to park. In fact the attendants outside the door were very considerate and watchful in “keeping an eye” on our vehicle. The hotel staff were also very attentive. Abraham ,especially was very, very helpful!
